Returning swimmer family registration will open online on March 4th, 2024.
New swimmer family registration will open online on March 25th, 2024.
Swim evaluations, if required, are to be completed prior to registration. See details below.
Non-HOA Swimmers must have a sponsor family that lives within the HOA neighborhoods and has a swimmer registered on the 2024 team. Non-HOA swimmers are accepted only on a space available basis as described in the priority section below.
An account for the website will be created when registration forms are filled out online. New swimmer families cannot create an account prior to registration.
If the team has not filled all available spots when registration is closed, additional registration requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

All returning swimmers are required to complete an evaluation (unless they have a recent official time or finished last season as a Frog). Please use the sign up genius link to sign up for an evaluation.
Any new swimmer siblings under the age of 12 need to sign up for an evaluation.
Register Online (returning swimmer families and their siblings) on March 4th.
Complete one registration per family listing all new and returning swimmers.
If a swim evaluation was required, at the end of the evaluation, you will be informed of what swimmer level (Frog, Pollywog, Tadpole) to use when registering your swimmer.
If a swim evaluation was NOT required, please sign your swimmer up in the same level they were at the end of the year (Frog, Pollywog, Tadpole).
If a swim evaluation was required, but not completed, the applicant will be placed on the wait list until a swim evaluation is completed.
Non-HOA swimmers need to complete a sponsorship form and email to [email protected].

In the event our team reaches its capacity, priority will be given on a “first come first serve basis” to residents of Forest Creek, Lake Forest and Forest Creek III.

All Non-HOA residents that are new to the team will be placed on a wait list until the end of open registration. New Non-HOA applicants will be added to team roster based on availability at the end of registration.
