2025 FAST Frogs Registration - non-HOA Members
Welcome to the FAST Frogs Swim Team 2025 Registration! Please carefully read the following before completing the registration process.
1. ALL Tadpoles and Pollywogs are required to complete an evaluation unless they have an official USA Swimming time from the 2024-25 short course season. For swimmers who do have official USA Swimming times from the 2024-25 short course season, please complete the following form to help our coaches place your swimmer for the start of the season.
Additionally, ALL new swimmers / siblings under the age of 12 are required to have a swim evaluation to determine current skill level. Until your swimmer has been evaluated by a coach, swimmers will be accepted on a provisional status. If you were unable to attend the Returning Swimmer Evaluations held on March 2nd & 3rd, or the New Swimmer / Makeup Evaluations on March 23rd and 24th, please contact [email protected] to schedule a time for an evaluation.

2. Non-HOA families must be sponsored by a resident of one of the three participating HOA's (FC, LF or FCIII). The sponsoring family must have a participating swimmer on the team. The non-HOA family will need to submit a Sponsorship/Certification of Membership Formvia email to [email protected]. Your registration will not be accepted until this form has been received. This year, Non-HOA families submit payment through this registration process.
3. The Fast Frogs swim team is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and parent involvement is vital to the success of the team.
Volunteering during the season is required by at least one parent. Be prepared to volunteer on a regular basis.
4. A minimum of 2 practices per week is required for meet participation, however we encourage swimmers to come to as many practices as their schedule allows.
5. A partial refund of $125 will be given for swimmers who withdraw for illness or other family circumstances before April 17th. A formal request to withdraw a swimmer from the team must be submitted to the team administrator at [email protected]. There are no exceptions to this policy.
