2025 FAST Frogs Registration - HOA Members

Welcome to the FAST Frogs Swim Team 2025 Registration! Please carefully read the following before completing the registration process.

1. ALL Tadpoles and Pollywogs are required to complete an evaluation unless they completed the 23-24 season as a Frog or have an official USA Swimming time from the 2024-25 short course season. For swimmers who do have official USA Swimming times from the 2024-25 short course season, please complete the following form to help our coaches place your swimmer for the start of the season.

Additionally, ALL new swimmers / siblings under the age of 12 are required to have a swim evaluation to determine current skill level. Until your swimmer has been evaluated by a coach, swimmers will be accepted on a provisional status. If you were unable to attend one of the following evaluation options then please contact [email protected] to schedule a time for an evaluation:

  • Returning Swimmer and Sibling Evals held on March 1st & 2rd at Ready Go Swim 1201 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664
  • New Swimmer Evals on March 8th and 9th at Ready Go Swim 1201 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664
  • Makeup Evals on March 29th at the New Waterloo Round Rock facility 751 Phillip Warner Pl, Round Rock, TX 78665

2. The Fast Frogs swim tmeam is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and parent involvement is vital to the success of the tea.

Volunteering during the season is required by at least one parent for each meet in which you have a swimmer. Be prepared to volunteer on a regular basis.

3. A minimum of 2 practices per week is required for meet participation, however we encourage swimmers to come to as many practices as their schedule allows.

4. A partial refund of $125 will be given for swimmers who withdraw for illness or other family circumstances before April 16th. A formal request to withdraw a swimmer from the team must be submitted to the team administrator at [email protected]. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Swim Evaluation

HOA Membership

I certify that I am a member of the selected HOA and that my dues are in good standing. *

Membership Agreement

Each member of FAST and their families must comply with the following:  (1) all eligibility requirements of the North Austin Aquatic League (NAAL) and your home HOA (as applicable); (2) official instruction during each meet; (3) instructions and practice requirements of the swim team; (4) volunteer requirements; and (5) all the rules of conduct and safety.

Liability Waiver

I certify that I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of the above-named Participant(s) who is under 18 years of age and I am fully competent to sign this Agreement. By registering the Participant with the Forest Area Swim Team, I agree to participate or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate in the Forest Area Swim Team. I acknowledge that the nature of the activity may expose Participant(s) to hazards or risks that may result in Participant’s illness, personal injury or death and I understand and appreciate the nature of such hazards and risks.

In consideration of Participant being permitted to participate in activities or events sponsored or conducted by the Forest Area Swim Team (the “Activity”), I hereby accept all risk to Participant’s health and of his/her injury or death that may result from such participation. I hereby release the Forest Area Swim Team, including other contracted facilities, its governing board, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability to myself and Participant, as well as Participant’s personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns, for any and all claims and causes of action arising from or relating to Participant’s participation in the Activity. This release includes, but is not limited to, any alleged loss of, or damage to, Participant's personal property as well as any loss or damage and for personal injury or death, that occurs on any premises where the Activity is being conducted or that results from, is related to, or occurs during Participant's participation in the Activity, whether caused by negligence of the Forest Area Swim Team and/or its contracted facilities, its governing board, officers, employees, agents, contractors or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Forest Area Swim Team and its governing board, officers, agents, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives against any and all liability for personal injury or death of any person(s), including myself, my child(ren) and/or other family members, and damage to my property, the property of my child(ren) and/or the property of other family members that may result from any negligent or intentional act or omission relating in any way to Participant or any Activity.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT TO BE A FULL AND GENERAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RELATING TO PARTICIPANT'S INJURY OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANT'S PROPERTY THAT OCCURS WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE DESCRIBED ACTIVITY AND IT OBLIGATES ME TO INDEMNIFY THE PARTIES NAMED FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY PARTICIPANT'S NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL ACT OR OMISSION.
