Important Update – Practice Changes, Remind Sign-Up & Stroke/Judge Trainings
Dear Fast Frogs Families,
We have several updates to share as we gear up for the season!
Practice Location Updates – Starting April 28
Due to delays in the availability of the Forest Creek Pool, practice locations will be adjusted beginning April 28. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsor, Waterloo Swimming, we have secured additional lanes at their Round Rock location to help spread out practice groups.

While using their facility, please be mindful of the following guidelines:
- Do not use Waterloo Swimming’s dryland equipment.
- A portion of the lobby viewing area is reserved for Waterloo Swimming’s customers.
- No red Gatorade, drinks with red coloring, chewing gum, or bandages inside the facility.
- Profanity of any kind (verbal, attire, etc.) will result in a verbal warning. A second offense will require the individual to leave the premises.
To help ease the transition, we encourage all swimmers to arrive early during the first week so we can get everyone settled and ready to dive into practice! Parents, we will also provide sharpies so you can write your child’s name on their back—this will help the coaches learn names faster.

To receive real-time updates on practice schedules, weather delays, and team announcements, you will need to download the Remind app from Google Play or Apple App Store to receive push notifications. Unfortunately Remind can no longer can push to text. You only need to choose one of the two options below since both will get the same messages. We just have two due to max capacity.

These sessions are valuable for understanding proper stroke technique and officiating guidelines for competitions. If you’re interested in volunteering as a stroke judge, we highly encourage attendance!
