Dear Fast Frogs Families,

We’re excited to begin practices for this season! Due to delays at the Forest Creek Pool, we’ll be holding all practices at Lake Forest Pool for the first week.

The schedule will be as follows for April 28 - May 1 2025:

• Tadpoles: 5:15 PM - 5:45 PM
• Pollywogs: 5:45 PM - 6:30 PM
• 10 & Under Frogs: 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM
• 11 & Older Frogs: 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM

To help us manage practices from May 5 - May 26 (Monday through Thursday) please use the following links to sign up for practice times. Frogs will just choose a time listed based on age and will practice at Lake Forest Pool.

• 10& Under Frogs will be 5:15-6:15
• 11-12 Frogs can do either 6:15-7:15 or 7:15-8:15
